Gym and Pregnancy
So, I’ve always been into lifting and doing a lot of cardio. I’m a little over 5.5 months pregnant now. I still go to the gym about 5 days a week, with lighter lifts and cardio. Obviously, Some days are better than others.

A lot of people have said that staying active helps tremendously with the labor process. I intend to keep working out, until my doctor says otherwise.

But what I really want to know is how others experience have been so far, or what is your current experience with incorporating the gym with pregnancy!
