Anti-depressant side effects on my libido

I'm currently on anti-depressant medication for a variety of illnesses in my life rn and one of the side effects is loss of libido and natural lubrication. I've been on the same brand and dosage for about 6months now. My sex life is quite active at the moment but I struggle feeling pleasure or any intimacy with someone even if I really really want to and really like them. Does anyone else on this medication have any suggestions to help with this? I know you can buy certain brands of antidepressants that don't affect your sex drive but they are like $60 a month and I'm a student so I can't afford that. I'm just tired of not enjoying sex anymore and making the other person feel like I'm not enjoying them? If that makes sense lmao
