Waters leak? (Tmi)

I'm having such a hard time deciding if I'm leaking or not. I had a sweep this morning and then I had to go to work. While working I kept feeling a sensation as if something was dripping out. I put a paper towel in my undies and got the first pic by leaving it there for 20 mins. The second pic is from when I sort of put pressure on the towel but didnt make any wiping motion. Is this too slow to be waters? Since then it's been 2 hours and I seem to be "leaking" at this same rate. Discharge? I cant tell.
