Should I get a 2nd opinion? Confused.

Alright so, my husband and I were trying for awhile to concieve and I would have missed periods, but negative on a test. So, I went to the gynecologist and she said I have a vaginal and uterine septum. She honestly didn't explain ANYTHING! She seriously just told me to Google it. No joke. However she did say that everything else looked fine, but that. once I get the septum removed I should be able to get pregnant fine, but while I have this septum I would miscarry. So, I decided to go on birth control to avoid this until I can figure something out. I googled it to try and get info that she couldn't give me for some reason. Does anyone have any experience with this or do you think I should go to another gynecologist? Or a fertility doctor? Thanks for reading!
