Pregnant after a miscarriage

I know this is supposed to be a super happy time but I can’t seem to be happy about it yet. I’m roughly 7 weeks pregnant after just having a miscarriage in June, the dr said my baby was 7 weeks when they should have been 10... We told some of our family the first time super early in the pregnancy just to have to tell them a week or two later that I had a miscarriage.. How do I be happy and enjoy being pregnant with my little rainbow when all I can do is worry about losing this one too?...
