Hpv spreading?

My sister has hpv and often gets oral flare ups. When she comes in town she is constantly kissing, sharing food and drink and other oral to oral contact with my babies. Like will bite food and try to give them bites and will try to kiss them on the lips. I’ve always felt really uncomfortable with it . Now that I know she has hpv I’m so nervous. She’s coming in town soon. Am I ignorant thinking this could spread to my babies? How do you even say anything? I know she nannies babies and does these things too. Ugh what do I say?
