Pain relief for vbac?

Does anyone have any information or wisdom to share regarding pain relief for vbac? The best options regarding the risk of rupture? Is there anything you would not recommend?

I used the gas while I was waiting for my epidural. 😉
I could have probably done the rest of the labour on the gas, but I wanted the epidural in case I had a repeat ceaser.

I don’t have any personal experience with it but I’ve seen some moms on here talking about hypnobirthing; there’s books, classes, even YouTube videos...there is probably a group or topic on it here in the app as well that would be great
