Baby’s Dry Stuffy Nose.. HELP😩

So, I think my LO have a cold or sinus problem. I just noticed today that his breathing sounds really off so I decided to try saline drops and the nose frida sucker but nothing was coming out. I’m guessing because his nose is dry (I don’t see any boogies or snot in his nose at all whatsoever). I don’t have a humidifier and I’m not even sure if that would work for a dry nose? any suggestions? im desperate! I can not sleep hearing & knowing he’s in discomfort.
