Cramping?

Anyone else having cramping like period pains? I'm 7w 6d and have been having them on and off for a few days, last night quite strongly. No spotting or anything but they are seriously freaking me out!

I've had similar cramping earlier in my pregnancy as well. As far as I know, if they don't last especially long (a few minutes) and aren't extremely painful, you're okay. Also, the absence of bleeding is a good sign, too, of course. Your uterus is having to do a lot of stretching and growing which can be pretty uncomfortable at times! You may want to consider speaking to your doctor as well, if they continue and you're concerned.
