Advise regarding progesterone?

Hi ladies! I'm 38 and have had 3 miscarriages, one before my 4 year old, and one in December and one in March. I just found out I'm pregnant again and my Dr. has suggested progesterone suppositories. I have used them for the last 2 nights and I'm losing my mind a bit! The progesterone leaking (sorry TMI) keeps making me think I am starting to miscarry again. Anyone go through this? Any suggestions for how to not freak out and run to the bathroom any more than I already am? Thanks for any input!
