Does anyone take any prescription sleeping pills prescribed or approved by their OB?

Benadryl and unisom just don’t make me sleepy, and I want to ask for sleeping pills if there even are any safe during pregnancy lol. I’m dying. I don’t have an appt till next week so I wanted to ask y’all first :)

Try tylenol PM. It was approved by my doctor. I generally switch back and forth between unisom and tylenol PM so my body doesn't get too used to it and helps me sleep better.

There are many different doses of unisom. Or melatonin. Try those??
