Tss from tampons

Okay so I put my tampon in before work. At 6:15ish. I forgot to bring another. I don’t think my flow is super heavy today. But I won’t have access to another to change until close to 3. My supplies are in the office and I’m out working. Should I be worried. I completely forgot to pack some in a bag(not that I’d have access to a barroom anyway) until I’m done with my route. Will I be okay? I’m nervous
