🐐🍼Goats milk for baby?

My daughter will be 11 months on the 28th and we have been through Formula after Formula after Formula including prescription brands like Elea Care, Nutramigen. We have tried Gerber Soy, Gerber Soy3, Similac Pro Sensitive. She has acid reflux majorly and on prescription Nexium once a day and Zantac at bedtime but nothing is working. Shes been on these 2 meds for about 7 months. We have also tried feeding her rice/oatmeal cereal or a small amount in her bottle and absolutely nothing seems to help her vomiting. This isn't just the typical spot up this is vomiting multiple times a day. Sh has seen G.I twice and recently 3wks ago when she was switched to the Elea Care which she would NOT even take no matter how much we tried(same with the Nutramigen) I have brought this to the E.rs attention, her pediatrician's attention and the G.I attention with all saying...she'll grow out of it. She has been 14 lbs give or take for nearly 4 months now. She also has Trisomy21(Down Syndrome but we say Up syndrome cause theres nothing down about her😄🤗..NOT DOWNS.) she had open heart surgery July 2019 and is still on oxygen since birth. I even noticed these lumps in her belly(only when she cries)and took her to the pediatrician yesterday only to be told they may be calcium deposits from her surgery. I also took her to the Er b4 that and was told there just small hernias and no concerns to worry. I feel like I'm not being heard with any of them. I'm a desperate mother just wanting some relief for my little girl so I heard about powdered goats milk so decided to purchase it from Walmart yesterday and to my surprise...she took it great and not even 1 vomit at all! I feel bad though for giving her this because it's not the typical baby formula that every single baby in the world takes. Would you still give thos product if it was your child? Or would you reccomend something else. She recently started speech Therapy to work on eating from a spoon cause she has a texture issue with foods but were slowly doing great. But formula has no issues taking from a bottle. Thanks ladies. O and here are the lumps
