Today I got mad at my husband for being inconsiderate. He got mad at me for being upset and acting upset (ie having a bad tone when confronting him). As usual when I get angry at him for doing something, all that matters is how I acted and not what he did. and when I tell him to take responsibility for what he did, he tells me I'm trying to justify treating him poorly over it. He centers his own feeling every time. what can I do?
