My head has been hurting really really bad for three days now. It's the worst pain I've ever felt . My neck is extremely sore, I can't look left to right without having pain, like my muscles are sore. I don't have a fever, I do, however have nausea and I have like a heart beat like sound in my right ear ive had for a week now. I've been getting lightheaded and dizzy too. It's so bad I can't even go to work today. I just went to the ER two days ago and the gave me Benadryl and ibuprofen through an iv and ended up telling me it's just my period, and sent me home. There's no way this is my period because i have never been this uncomfortable before. The medicine they did give me did nothing but put me to sleep, and I've been taking aleve and its doing nothing. It's still just as bad. I have to stay laying down or else I feel like I'm going to get sick. Do you think I should go back to The ER?
