Has anyone tried this and did it work for you??

I was so skeptical about it at first, but finally decided to try it. I was exactly 40 weeks pregnant and started the day pumping for 20 mins, and then squats throughout the day. That night my water broke.

I tried this two days ago the shit didn't work I didn't even have any milk to release lol I did 20 mins both sides smh I'm so upset my Dr won't even give me a sweep nor check to see if I progress any she said she doesn't do anything at all other than listening to the heartbeat she's a nurse practitioner I'm guessing that's why wtf
