HORROR MOVIES??

Why arent we Allowed  to watch scary movies when we are pregnant ? I was looking foward to haunted houses this year :/

There is no way this is true. I've watched scary movies my entire pregnancy and everything is just fine!

Haunted house are a  no no probably because of the adrenaline spike from the sudden scares. Heart racing and all of that can't be good.

Depending on the scary movie I'm sure you'd be ok. I know I can't watch anything scary before I go to bed because I will dream about whatever I watched all night long.  Learned that the hard way after watching the premiere of American horror story.

I have never heard that pregnant cant watch scary movies. I did. And as for the haunted houses, there is usually a warning for pregnant women because they could fall or get hit in their stomach.

My OB said going to Halloween Horror Nights is fine as long as it's just going through the houses and not going on rides.  
I got cleared for that I'm definitely not giving up horror movie

You can watch whatever you want. I watch horror movies all the time and still jump. Maybe if you have health risks it wouldn't be wise to get scared but there's no problem in watching movies
