How can i stop breast feeding?

So I’ve been breastfeeding my 16 month old since literally day 1. She sleeps with me and I sleep shirtless because she still wakes up for milk just to know that I’m there, but I want to stop cosleeping with her since she’s HUGE but I know the first step to that would be to just stop breast feeding her... any tips???

At this point it’s just a habit that ur going to have to break. It’ll be a few restless nights but she will adjust. Babies and toddlers are good at developing new habits 🙂just be prepared for her to be upset as heck and to lose some sleep

My first was really attached to me and I had to go cold turkey and my husband had to take her overnight for 2-3 days.
