What should I do? 38 weeks + 4

My blood pressure has been all over the place. It started on Sunday and goes as high as 140/90 when sitting at my doctor’s office. I was sent to the hospital yesterday and it’s much better when I’m laying down so they sent me home. I went back into the doctor’s office again today and it was high when I was standing and sitting but fine when laying down. My doctor is concerned about my headaches. The catch is I’m scheduled for a csection next Thursday. He is out of town from this Friday until next Wednesday. He wants me to take my blood pressure again tomorrow when I first get up in the morning and discuss what to do next. If he asks me what I want to do what should I do?

Do I just do the csection now before he leaves or wait it out? Right now I’m on modified bed rest. No work, driving, etc.
