My SO asked me if I used to masterbate before I got with him (he was my first). Then I said yes he then proceeded to say "I heard that fingering yourself makes it loose". Was he trying to tell me something? Did I over react when I flipped out on him? What do I do to make it tight??

First off, you are not loose. Second, fingering yourself does not make you loose. The vagina is like a rubber band, if you stretch it out it goes right back to how it was. Since he was your first he is probably comparing your tightness to when you were a virgin. When we start having sex we aren't always completely relaxed, that tenses up the muscles in our vagina making it feel tighter. Actually the whole "loose" vagina thing is a myth. Vaginal muscles keep their integrity regardless of how much sex/masturbation you've taken part in. The only thing that may affect them significantly is childbirth.
