Severe stomach pains....

I've been having severe pains today. Bringing me to my knees. Its below my belly button. It comes and goes, but while it hurts I have to literally bend over and squeeze my stomach and it makes me to nauseous! I can feel gas in my belly moving. Assuming since I haven't went #2 much, must be constipated. But to have pains this bad is just crazy! I was told I could take an enema, well I was too nervous to get one so I bought milk of magnesia. Now I have to wait because it could take up to 6 hours to work. Have any of you ladies had the same pain and it ended up being constipation? ??
