Am i in labor?

FTM! Cant sleep, been having period like cramps since 12am it is now 3:07am, they seem to be 3-5 mins apart. i took a hot bath and when i got out, i used the bathroom and when i wiped there was pink/red blood. is this a sign of labor?

UPDATE:

I was having contractions & dilated to 2/3cm they admitted me and had me walk. This is it guys im in labor, no need for induction 🤗 my contractions were crazy, to much for baby to handle that her heart rate was dropping. they slowed down my contractions and babys doing just fine now! im at a 4/5cm now with the help of epidural
