Panicking about c section..

Hey guys! I’m pregnant with my second child. My first was my son, who was born Planned c section. I didn’t have a terrible experience but not not the best. They had to do my spinal twice because of my scoliosis, and also when the surgery was jusy about over and they were putting my uterus back in place I got the worst pain in my chest. Felt like I was being stabbed. To the point where it was so painful I was sweating and trying to throw up. I keep getting anxiety attacks about having another c section. Im scheduled for 27 of September. I am sooo scared and so much more nervous this time around. Is there any advice at all anyone can give me? Im mortified
