Feeling like there is CM?

Does anyone else just feel like you have a ton of CM? I had a subchorionic hemorrhage early in my pregnancy so I'm always on high alert for blood. Sometimes when I go to the bathroom theres little to no CM but it sure feels like there is alot in my vagina? Is this normal? Maybe it's all just hanging out up in there? Is this normal?

Yes, every pregnancy. I suddenly feel Something I am sure is blood, I rush to check... and it’s just CM. And then at other times I am weirdly dry.
I think it is the body just for ing the mucus plug in the cervix to protect the baby from infections and such.

I often have times when I feel like something is coming out but when I rush to the bathroom there’s nothing on the paper. I’m also overly observant due to bleeding in the beginning. It’s hard not to sport but I keep reminding myself to be patient until the ultrasound
