Still bleeding after birth (3 months)

Hey ladies I gave birth on the 28th June 2019 to my fourth child. My original due date was 9th July 2019. I was induced due to having gestational diabetes and being on insulin. Anyway getting to the story when I gave birth to my daughter I ended up hemorrhaging and lost 1.5 liters of Blood. I was rushed off to theatre as I could feel myself going I woke up in recovery room with 2 packs, a balloon and epidural to stop the bleeding. I was in ICU for 2 days and my daughter was in the antenatal units. My daughter is 3 months old tomorrow I was wondering is it normal to still bleed off and on basically spotting everyday should I be worried or go get checked. I'm due to see the gynecologist on the 9th of October due to getting my tubes tired or a full hysterectomy as unfortunately due to the birth of my daughter my uterus tour 7 cm so unfortunately I can't have anymore babies and I'm at high risk. If I got pregnant again just saying I would not make it to 3 months as it will kill me and my unborn baby
