Stomach bug??? Help, please😩

Ok, so I was up all night with vomiting and diarrhea- It is so bad that I had to call in sick to work today. But this is the second time with the same symptoms! Now I am having  upper abdominal pain, stomach ache even after eating dry foods, nausea, no appetite.. Etc. is it possible to have a stomach bug twice? Is it worthy of having to call my doctor? I had an appointment last week at 8 weeks (the week after my first "stomach bug" episode) and everything was perfect. Need some more thoughts... Thank you!
