But basically this teen got stabbed and a group, like 50+ bystanders all around the same age as the victim, looked on while the teen bled out. No one doing anything to help, or calling the police. Al the while videoing the tragedy.
I swore this has been discussed, but not in the top 50 and I tried a shit ton of key words and couldn’t pull it up.
So do you think people have a legal and/or moral obligation to get help when someone is in trouble or hurt or whatever? Do you think someone should face legal consequences for not helping and only videotaping an incident where getting help could have potentially saved a life?
