How much total sleep in a day?

Curious to see where our LO’s are at now that they’re mostly 10 months! Seems like my guy just cannot and will not sleep more than 13-13.5hrs in a day. Max 11hrs at night and 2-2.5hrs over the course of two naps. Still occasionally having crappy short nap days thanks to leap 7 or him learning to walk🤷🏻‍♀️which is tough because if he needs to go to bed early, he will wake ungodly early thanks to the 11hr only night sleep😩trying to figure out a better schedule on those off napping days!

We are the exact same!!! But. My guy still wakes up ALOT to comfort feed😩

My LO sleeps 12 hours at night but takes only 1 nap a day and sometimes it’s only 30 minutes! She usually goes from being awake after nap at 11-12 and to bed at 6.

Mine is exactly sleeping 12 hours per day, I've tracked it for weeks now. 10 hours at night and 2 during the day. Some days it's even less (like 10-11 hrs total), but never more!

Everything i have read says they should have roughly 14 hours of sleep a day at this age.  About 11 at night and 3 split between 2 naps during the day. Mine is between 10 & 12 at night and sometimes only one 2 hour nap or other times a couple 35-45 min naps. I sometimes think she's not sleeping enough hours but she lets me know when she needs to nap etc.
