Contractions

Went to l&d last night bc I felt tight yesterday starting at 3. Felt like a constant braxton hicks. Left work came home sat down relaxed couldnt get kick counts so I check my blood pressure it was rising slowly started at 142/92 ended with 155/102. So I call my doctor office the doctor on call said if I felt like I need to be seen to go to ANY hospital he didnt care but he wasnt concerned whatsoever. this is after I told him my blood pressure (I'm high risk for preeclampsia due to gd) and his response was how do you know your blood pressure is high are you a nurse or something? So he kind of pissed me off. Then I was having pretty regular contractions but they checked me and my cervix was closed and I was not effaced. I had to be monitored for 4 hours. I contracted mostly consistently the whole time. They sent me home with a 24 hour urine test. I see my maternal fetal med doctor today. The blood work and urine test they did at the hospital showed no irregularities or protein. I'm only 34 weeks. Has anyone experienced something similar? Did you get induced earlier?
