Work from home moms, is three kids a sh*t show?

I am a work from home mom. I work 30 hours a week. I currently have two kids, and it’s definitely busy but always have time to dedicate to work and also my kids and husband thankfully. We have been ttc baby #3 for two years. We are currently taking a break bc as you know TTC can be very mentally draining (esp after two years). But, now I am wondering how daily life would be with a third, and 8 year old, and a 6 year old, plus my job from home. If there are moms out there that work from home, and have three kids, tell me... is it a shit show?
