Weird bruise or something? Please read

I had this weird bruise I guess, come up on my inner thigh months ago. It faded a lot but didnt disappear and than came back. It does not hurt or itch or feel different. 
I don’t want to make a dr appointment for something that’s probably nothing.
Does anyone know what this is!?!

Looks like a rash not a bruise, see a dr to figure out what it is and how to treat. Bruises fade in a few days after changing color rapidly, that is not a bruise.

I just read a story about bruising like this. Go to the doctor. It could be a sign of something very important.
