LATE and i don’t know why

so i’m currently sick, and i’ve heard that being sick can delay your period, i’m only 3 days late but of course that still causes me to stress because i hate being late. i know i’m not pregnant, i just wanna know if anyone’s ever had an experience with a late period due to being sick and how late it came. help me please 😭😂
