Exclusive Pumpers
Any exclusive pumpers out there having a hard time figuring out when they can pump if they are home alone with baby? I try and stick to a 3 hr schedule but it gets hard during the day! I get set up and baby needs this or that. Or I’m halfway done and have to stop to tend to baby. Anyone have any tried and true tips? I don’t want to give up on the journey or lose my supply..I’ve fought hard to up it.
