Natural Baby Eczema Solutions?

My little 7 month old nugget inherited my (gd) eczema unfortunately and his his face gets eczema rashes. I took him to doc and he prescribed this cortisone lotion but I don’t want to use these steroid creams too much. Does anyone have any natural remedies for the little ones eczema? Thank you 🙏🏽

My son and I both ended up with eczema when he was first born. They gave him cortisone. It didn’t work. I made my own swivel stick of cocoa butter, Shea butter, tea tree oil, and coconut oil. Cleared us both up in like a week. Also switched him to aquaphor baby wash.

Slow down on baths, luke warm not hot. Stop using dryer sheets and any dyes in the laundry detergent.

My daughter had such bad eczema as a baby. What finally worked for us is before bed we’d used cera ve baby lotion and then once it was absorbed put coconut oil on top and let them sleep with it on. Through the day we’d make sure to put the cera ve baby lotion on again at least twice, usually once in the morning and once mid day if we were home.
