3 month Growth spurt?

My son was on a really good play eat sleep schedule throughout the day! The last two days he has slept pretty much ALL day and still is sleeping at night. Has anyone else’s LO done this. Do I just let him continue sleeping all day everyday? Could it be his 3 month growth spurt?

Similar situation here. Sounds like a growth spurt. As long as they’re alert when they’re awake, I wouldn’t worry.

We are the exact opposite. My amazing sleeper is reverting back to newborn life and wakes to eat. We went from every 2-3 hours during the day to 1-1.5. And from waking once a night around 4 to 4-5 times a night. 😭
