PLEASE HELP

I know you’re not really supposed to take a Plan B with birth control since it’s a over load of hormones well I DID because I freaked out even though i take my pills at the same time. Since I’m on 3mg already of progesterone and 0.2 of estrogen will my side effects be worse from the plan b?
