Spotting

So I am 6 weeks 3 days today. I have not had any spotting thus far and when I wiped there was blood in the mucus twice so far. I have had cramping since before I found out I was expecting. My doctors office is closed so I can’t call them. This is my first pregnancy and I am so terrified. Any advice is appreciated.
