HELP URGENT !!!!

I have been having cramps for the past two days and in my panties there has been this watery/creamy like discharge. I had sex unprotected on my peak ovulation days which was the 7th, 8th,9th and had sex again on Sept. 13th and 15th. This person is my partner so i am positive it isnt an infection. There is no smell to the discharge, vagina, or urine.
