3 month old schedule

Hey ladies! I’m feeling like we are the only ones not on a schedule 🤣😬. For the most part LO naps whenever during the day and has a bottle every 3 hours. I haven’t gone back to work yet and he’s been going to daycare for about 4 hrs a day so I can get some things around the house accomplished. I guess my question is should I start some sort of schedule? We have no real routine other than when it’s time for his last bottle of the night (could be between 830-10 depending on when he has them at school) he gets a diaper, swaddled and we snuggle for about 20 mins after he finishes. He will usually sleep for about 5 hours. I’m really hoping to stretch that out.

Any recommendations?!
