LH peak during period

I just started tracking this cycle and did an opk on CD5 ( also the last day of my period). I know it’s early in the cycle to track but following the recommendations based on the baby dust method. Well on CD5 I had an LH peak. I’m confused. I’m at CD 10 now and the tests have become negative since then. Can you also have an LH surge during your period? Did I ovulate on CD6? No other signs and this seems very unlikely. Help appreciated
