Any experienced flyers??

How did you guys go about bringing their car seat, stroller and breaskmilk & formula on the plane 😩😩 I know you’re allowed to bring breast milk & frozen breast milk but how much? And also with formula!

We travelled carry on only for a two week trip! We bought babe a car seat that is flight approved, checked stroller at the gate, and hubby and I both carry backpacks instead of suitcases, so those just went overhead. We stuffed the diaper bag pretty full and I was nursing at the time, so that was pretty easy. I packed all of my clothes and LOs clothes into a 26 L backpack! I was so proud of myself. Packing cubes will be your best friend!!!

I flew without my husband twice already! I bring a stroller, diaper bag, carry on suitcase and of course my sling. I dont being a car seat because my parents bought him one for when we visit. as far as feeding, I am still ebf so no need to bring and of that. were actually here at my parents now! this is him yesterday at the airport

Each airlines had different sales. Just call the airlines. Most allow you to check a car seat and gate check a stroller. There’s no limit to formula or breast milk. Have it separated and easily accessible for security. I took frozen breast milk and had it in the 6oz bags all in a gallon ziplock in an insulated picked of the backpack diaper bag. 
I travelled myself multiple times. Used a backpack diaper bag and wore babe through the airport. On most airline you cannot wear the baby on the plane. They have to come out of the carries and be sitting/laying on your lap (assuming you’re taking them as a lap infant and not paying for a seat). 
Spirit allows you to take a diaper bag at no charge. Delta it’s considered either a personal item or carry on. 
Most airlines also want the child’s name on your boarding pass, so call ahead of time and add them as a lap infant (you can ask at that time about what their diaper bags rules are as well as stroller/car seat check info). I was asked to bring a birth certificate just in case. 
So moral. Call the airlines you’re flying. They’ll be the best help for what they allow and don’t allow. Also. Just check TSA for ease of mind.

We are in the Bahamas now and made our first flight last Saturday. We called the airline to see what exactly we could bring. We brought 2 suitcases and a big travel bag. My husband carried the suitcases and put the bag on top of one. We checked in the stroller and each brought a backpack. I also brought my lunch bag which is insulated. I put freezer packs on the top and bottom and it stayed frozen the entire time. We had a 3 hour drive then sat at the airport for 5 hours (cuz my dumbass read the departure time wrong and we missed our first flight) then a 35 min flight with a 30 min car ride to the condo.

We took our little girl on a short flight and stayed for one night at destination when she was three months old - carseat and ergo baby carrier instead of a stroller as it would've been way too much stuff to haul. We put most of her stuff in our carry on suitcase that could roll, our hand held stuff in one backpack then a diaper bag with everything she needed until we got to the hotel. She was breastfed only but check with your local airport/airline website for how much fluids you're allowed. Honestly we had a fantastic trip. Chatted with the flight crew to get preboarding, then they also helped install the carseat and gave us a first flight certificate at the end of the flight for our scrapbook.
