Confused momma here!!!

Okay mommas my baby has been having bumps for the last week or so! It’s making me so sad because I’ve been eliminating things that I think are breaking her out but it’s not working at all. It’s not on her lower body it’s just in her scalp and in her face a little on her wrist but that’s it. Could it be an allergic reaction or just acne? The red ones in her face look like something bit her. I want to cry so bad because I can’t stop it and it’s getting worse everyday. Someone please help. Should I take her to the dr?
