They aren’t exactly like the pacifier in your post but I found these on Amazon. That’s a good idea to have his name on a couple for daycare!

If you google “personalized pacifier” you’ll see websites that customize pacifiers. I don’t remember which one I used as it was a long time ago but they do exist.
