So how normal is it that by accident your boyfriend fingers you and cuts you on the inside of the vagina? Is that even possible first of all and should I be worried that it’s bleeding a bit when I’m not on my lady time?

As a lesbian, I feel particularly adept at answering this. Fingering alone doesn't normally cause bleeding, but take a look at his nails. 
Are they long, irregularly shaped, jagged edges? Well, tell him to scrape those nails on his big ol' chomper gums. Does he flinch, rip them out like someone threatened to kick him in his family heirlooms? Then you'll want to send him packing to the restroom with a pair of clippers and a nail filer. The file goes one way, and not back and forth like a saw.
Repeat as needed until he's fine with showing you how wonderfully smooth his nails are. His nails should now not cause any bleeding and are 100% lesbian approved for use in the workplace.
Now, you've done steps as instructed above and your vagbag continues to hate you, there are few cases that cause bleeding outside of monsoon season.
It could be implantation bleeding, hormone imbalances that cause spotting. Started birth control recently? Could be worth investigating, got an IUD, go to your OBGYN to inspect placement. Sometimes even stress may cause a very light spotting period. 
Very rarely is it a cause of concern, it honestly sounds like he just scrape you. On the rare chance, it could be an STD or Cervical cancer, if it continues, an OBGYN is your galpals magic wizard.

If he hasn't cut his nails then yes, it's likely to happen. I've had it happen. Let it heal and insist on his keeping his nails trimmed and clean to avoid cutting you and causing infection. I've had it done unfortunately
