Well, I'm 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant as of today and I've been battling a cold for now 4 days.. Gotta love my immune system right now. I now have a lot of chest congestion and it's becoming difficult to breathe. I just started taking this OTC medicine and I wanna know, will I be harming myself or the baby? I'm becoming very worried, this is my first pregnancy
