First period after IUD

I got my IUD removed August 21st right after my period ended. I’m now 4 days late. My periods was very regular with The IUD, with the exception of a month skipped here or there. It would always come the 11th-16th. Getting BFN on tests, don’t know what to make of it? Stress? Cholera? Who knows anymore 🤷🏿‍♀️ I just want AF to come so we can try again next month 😫
