Very discouraged
Hello guys!
I’ve changed my diet drastically for the last 3 months or more. No dairy, as little sugar as possible, only drink water, lots os fruit and some vegetables as well and very rarely do I eat red meat, just eat white and not everyday. I don’t have treats like chocolate or cake, maybe just once a month if is someone’s birthday or so.
Anyway, some how I gained 1kg! 😞😞😞
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong... can you see any difference in this photos?? I feel like I just got bigger!

If anyone has any tips I’d appreciate it!
I’m 10 months post-partum and was hopping I’d be at least a couple of down by now, but somehow I went up!
I feel so sad and uncomfortable in my own body. My clothes all look terrible and I want to cry everything I see myself naked...
