Camping while on cycle?

Hey ladies. I was planning on going camping this weekend with my boyfriend and just realized I'm supposed to start on Friday. Has anyone ever been while on their period and if so how did you deal? Not sure I'll have access to a restroom!!! 😖

Baby wipes!! And a separate garbage bag to keep in your car if possible. Blood smells!!

I agree with everyone below. Maybe consider using a size up in tampons (if thats what you use) if you are going to be hiking for a while. Oh and if you have cramps make sure you pack a bottle of mydol or pamprin or ibuprofen...what ever you use pack it and pack extra because the last thing you wanna do is run out and/or be uncomfortable.

I used to go camping once every three months  and it seemed like every time we went it was during my period. Make sure you have plenty of your preferred period products (pads/tampons/panty liners), pack extra underwear, and wipes. Lots of wipes!! They will keep you fresh down there. Trust me if you have limited access to indoor plumbing your gonna want those wipes.
