Is it ok if i accidentally took my prenatal twice today?
So normally i take it after breakfast but today...i ate breakfast on a different floor of my house than i normally do. I cannot for the life of me remember if i went up to the other room and took it or just didn't take it yet. Im borderline anemic so it's important and i have a gut feeling that i didn't take it but not positive. So i just took it with lunch. Is it gonna be an issue?
