Today marks 74 days.

Today marks 74 days late, I have taken multiple tests that have all came back negative and my blood test came back today negative. My doctor has t said much to me about this. Has anyone had any experience like this? I had my daughter 7 months ago and had my period once for a month when she was 3 months old. I’m slightly concerned. My cycle has always been regular, but I had the depo shot once when she was three months and never again after because of serious cramping. Could this be a complication or symptom?
